Welcome to Mounjy ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mounjy.

2. Description of Service

Mounjy is a mobile application designed to help users track GLP-1 medication injections, monitor weight progress, and access health education content. The App offers:

• Medication shot logging and reminders
• Weight and BMI tracking
• Nutritional and exercise logging
• Health education articles about GLP-1 medications
• Progress charts and results reporting
• Premium subscription with advanced features

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Access

The App provides limited free access including:

• Up to 3 shot log entries
• 30 days of history
• Up to 5 health tip articles
• 1 progress photo
• Basic progress tracking

3.2 Premium Subscription (Mounjy+)

Premium subscription (Mounjy+) provides:

• Unlimited shot logging
• Unlimited photo progress tracking
• Full history access
• Advanced charts and analytics
• All health tip articles
• PDF export
• Share cards

3.3 Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions are available in the following durations:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• 6-Month subscription
• Annual subscription

Prices are displayed in your local currency in the App before purchase.

3.4 Payment and Auto-Renewal

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by country.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
2. Select the Mounjy subscription
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
4. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
5. You will retain premium access until the end of the paid period

3.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.

4. Eligibility and Account Usage

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App is intended for adults managing GLP-1 medication treatment under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your subscription access with others
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission

5. Health and Medical Information

The health tips, articles, and recommendations provided in the App are based on publicly available medical literature and are cited with sources. However:

• This content is for informational purposes only
• It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider
• Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App
• If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mounjy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the App without written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Health data you enter into the App (weight, medication logs, photos) is stored on your device and synced via iCloud if enabled. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and payment processing
• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• iCloud / CloudKit: For data sync across devices

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOUNJY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.
