Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Mounjy collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. Mounjy is designed with a privacy-first approach — your health data stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Health and Tracking Data (Stored On-Device)

The following data is entered by you and stored locally on your device (and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account):

• Medication injection logs (date, dose, injection site)
• Weight and BMI measurements
• Nutrition logs (calories, protein, water intake)
• Exercise logs
• Progress photos
• Mood entries
• Notes and reminders

1.2 Subscription and Purchase Data

When you purchase a subscription, Apple processes the payment. We receive anonymized subscription status information (active/inactive) through RevenueCat to unlock premium features. We do not receive your credit card details or full billing information.

1.3 Analytics and Crash Reports

We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data to help improve the App, such as:

• App launch frequency
• Feature usage patterns (no personal health data)
• Crash reports and error logs

This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and improve the App's functionality
• Verify your subscription status and unlock premium features
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. iCloud Sync

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your personal devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync in your iPhone Settings at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

Mounjy integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store & StoreKit: Payment processing for subscriptions. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription status management. Receives anonymized purchase identifiers. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple CloudKit: On-device data sync. Data stored in your personal iCloud. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Your health tracking data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in iPhone Settings. We do not retain copies of your health data on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Mounjy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Security

We take the security of your information seriously. Your data is protected by:

• On-device storage with iOS encryption
• iCloud end-to-end encryption for synced data
• Optional Face ID / Touch ID app lock

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong iPhone passcode.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data you have entered in the App at any time
• Delete: Remove your data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data
• Portability: Export your data using the PDF export feature (Mounjy+)
• Opt Out: Disable iCloud sync in your device settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
